Tricia has over ten years of senior management experience in the mining and resources sector, both in Western Australia and Victoria. Prior to joining Prime Strategies, Tricia spent the last four years managing the Melbourne operations of an industrial business, working alongside owners and operators in the mining, civil, construction, earthmoving and recycling industries.

Armed with a strong understanding of business operations across a broad spectrum, Tricia also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master’s in Business Administration degree. This combination of experience and knowledge allows Tricia to provide specialised support, balancing management vs operational matters to benefit small and medium businesses.

Outside her professional life, Tricia is an avid supporter of Guide Dogs Victoria and frequently volunteers in their puppy raising program. In her spare time, Tricia enjoys staying active outdoors with regular hikes on weekends and participating in running events, completing the Melbourne Half Marathon in 2019.
