Aaron knows and understands SME businesses having been a business owner himself.  He started his own property management business with his wife, grew this business from a home based business to 2 offices with staff over the next 5 years and then sold the business profitability. He also has over 20 years corporate experience working in many industries including road infrastructure, fast moving consumer goods, manufacturing and utilities. Much of this was in leadership roles where he gained experiences of how large businesses work efficiently to maximise profits. Aaron has a strong track record in identifying and executing opportunities for savings in the supply base or eliminating activities that do not add business value.
